About Us

American Dish Service has maintained status as the leading manufacturer of commercial warewashing equipment for over 70 years. Since our first patented product: the Chemical Sanitizing Low-Temperature Dishwasher, ADS has rose to prominence in the field of low-energy dish machines. Current ADS designs have the highest NSF ratings for speed and reduced water consumption. Our equipment is manufactured at our 208,000 square foot facility in Edwardsville, Kansas. Every aspect of the manufacturing process from the production of raw sheet metal to the fabrication of electrical components, and the assembly of machines is carefully controlled to ensure the production of affordable, long-lasting machines.

ADS products are marketed through a vast network of chemical distributors throughout North America. To ensure their success, we provide distributors with some of the most thorough training in the business. These hands-on, factory-based training courses are tailored by knowledgeable service technicians with years of experience working with ADS equipment. No one knows dish machines better than American Dish Service.

“Best AMERICAN built dish machine in the marketplace. It’s solid!”

“The second biggest decision of our brand new company was partnering with the best dishwashing machine supplier out there. We were very comfortable partnering with our present chemical supplier but had to make sure we had the perfect match for best possible results for our customers. Having worked for Ecolab for 32 years, I was only interested in delivering the best results at the lowest possible cost. With that combination we have had 14 years of success!

We are presently leasing over 100 machines and sold another 20 outright. We feel so comfortable with ADS reliability that we offer a 2 year parts and labor warranty on all sales. When we need service or just additional information, I have to admit that the assistance was a bit spotty and a bone to contention in the past. However, since Robert Siler has joined their sales force that is no longer a problem but actually a very nice PLUS.”
